Research and Practice on Building High-Quality Online Open Courses:Taking Customer Relationship Management as an Example
The construction of innovative courses is of great significance for enhancing the quality of education and cultivating technical talents needed by the industry.Taking the provincial-level high-quality online open course in"customer relationship management"as an example,this study identifies the challenges faced in course construction and discusses the ideas and strategies for course development.The analysis is conducted from five aspects:building a diverse teaching team combining full-time and part-time teachers,constructing integrated teaching content,developing one-stop teaching resources,implementing blended teaching models,and creating a diversified evaluation system.The study finds that optimizing course design and implementation can effectively improve students'learning outcomes,providing practical guidance for the construction of online courses in vocational education.
