摘要
城市更新的目的是对城市中某一衰落的区域进行拆迁、改造等,以全新的城市功能替换功能衰败的物质空间,使之重新发展和繁荣.从老旧小区微改造入手,以嘉兴西丽片区改造为例,从文化记忆传承、存量空间盘活、交通组织梳理、适老设施完善、智慧数字治理等方面进行探索,为老旧小区改造提供新的思路指导和模式借鉴.
Abstract
The purpose of urban renewal is to demolish and renovate a declining area in the city, replacing the material space with a new urban function, to make it develop and prosper again. Starting from the micro-renovation of old residential areas, taking the renovation of Xili Area in Jiaxing as an example, the cultural memory inheritance, storage space revitalization, traffic organization, elderly-oriented facilities improvement, smart digital governance are explored, so as to provide new ideas and models for the renovation of old community.
