Urban Design of Central Business District in the New City Based on Development Practice: Taking Urban Design of the Core Area of Central Business District of Plain Urban-rural Integration Demonstration Zone of Xinxiang City as an Example
Through the organization, control and guidance of the two basic issues of use function and spatial form, urban design outlines a reasonable development framework for the construction of the central business district. On the basis of the basic theory and mode evolution of the cen-tral business district, control element system of the urban design of the central business district of plain urban-rural integration demonstration zone of Xinxiang city is deeply analyzed and studied, to clarify the operation logic, inter-nal laws and related enlightenments of urban design in the functional positioning and spatial environment shaping of the central business district in the new city.
