Application of Space Configuration Concept of Support Facility in Home Environment for Elderly: Discussion on Response Strategy for Elderly Injury at Home and Method for Improving Home Environment
Focuse on the increasing risk of home-based injury acci-dents caused by the lack of stability of the elderly's walk-ing, living and other behaviors in the field of home safety, and taking the support facilities that provide behavioral assistance and ensure the stability of the human center of gravity as the research object, to classify the types based on the dynamic analysis of research applications and the application scenarios of the support behaviors of the elderly in the home environment. Based on three typical types of support facilities, namely barrier-free handrails, supportable furniture parts and mobile assistive devices, as well as two types of spatial positions in the home environment suggestions for the spatial configuration of support facilities are proposed, so as to provide technical support for the improvement of the home environment.
