Based on the objective behavioral characteristics and living needs of the elderly, by analyzing the design case, the practical experiences are summarized, the elderly-ori-ented design strategies of shared residential buildings are put forward from four aspects, including spatial layout, color and material, equipment factors and humanistic care, so as to explore the construction model of livable elderly living space.
