In the construction of communities in China, the design of the "third space" has gradually become the key to improve the quality of community space. Taking the "third space" scene design as a clue, combined with typical cases in China, design characteristics and design tech-niques of the "third space" with neighborhood scenes, entrepreneurial scenes, and ecological scenes as the main theme of the space are summarized, and finally a strategy guidance for the scene-based design of the "third space" in the community is formed, to provide references for the scene-based design of the "third space" in other communities.
