The development of the upper cover of the Hangzhou West EWU Running Shed is the first project in China to develop the upper cover of the China EWU Running Shed. There is no relevant technical standard at home and abroad to guide the fire protection design under the cover. In order to ensure the fire safety of the project, based on the process characteristics of EWU Running Shed, the fire protection properties of buildings in key functional areas are studied, and special fire protection design principles, technical routes, and fire safety strate-gies are proposed. By adopting targeted fire safety strate-gy schemes, the overall goal of fire safety is achieved.
