摘要

积极实施城市更新行动、引领城市高质量发展是新时代人居环境提升的重要举措.以北京大兴生物医药基地慢行系统与绿地系统提升工程为例,以问题为导向研究现有条件下的更新思路,通过整合医药产业、生态空间、基础设施等既有资源条件,提出"系统统筹,建立框架""借力绿隔,城景交融""产业活化,三生融合"的规划设计策略,以人为本地提升基地环境品质,引领基地可持续健康发展.

Abstract

Actively implementing urban renewal actions and leading high-quality urban development are important measures to improve living environment in the new era. Taking updating project of slow traffic system and green space system in Beijing Daxing Biomedical Base as an exam-ple, the updating ideas are studied under the existing conditions with a problem-oriented approach. By inte-grating the existing resource conditions of the medical industry, ecological space and infrastructure, the planning and design strategies of "coordinating systematically, es-tablishing frameworks""relying on green isolation system, city and landscape being in harmony""revitalizing indus-try, integrating ecology, production and living space" are proposed, so as to improve the environmental quality and lead the sustainable and healthy development adhering to the people-centered.
