Building Scheme of Urban Waterfront Space for the Elderly: Taking Lower Section of the Qinghe River in Beijing as an Example
Population aging is an inevitable trend of social develop-ment and China is one of the countries with a high degree of population aging in the world.It is particularly important to meet the various needs of the elderly and provide com-fortable leisure space. Taking the ecological treatment project of the lower section of Qinghe River in Beijing as an example, the waterfront space demand of the elderly and the situation of the lower section of Qinghe River were studied, optimization suggestions are put forward to provide a comfortable and safe waterfront leisure place for the elderly.
