From the study of the transformation of the traditional industrial park development logic, the optimization and improvement of the overall spatial layout, and the development concept and planning strategy of new industrial city, taking economic and technological de-velopment zone of Qianfeng District in Guang 'an City as an example, the transformation path of traditional industrial park from urban "industrial island" to "new industrial city" is explored, aiming to build traditional industrial parks into new industrial cities with concentrated functions and high-quality services, so as to provide references for the transformation of similar industrial parks.
