Construction Path of Small and Medium-sized City Under the Thinking of "Value Enhancement": Taking Jingshan Area in Wuhu as an Example
With the acceleration of urbanization, the focus of urban construction has shifted from incremental expansion to connotative development, the single "construction-de-velopment" cannot meet the demands of urban devel-opment, and then turns to the in-depth "tapping poten-tial-management" of the connotation and value of land use. Especially for small and medium-sized cities, the construction and development of incremental land use is more prudent, and it is necessary to strengthen the qual-ity control of overall development and construction from the perspective of improving land value, to seek a broad-er development impetus under the thinking of urban char-acteristics. Taking Jingshan Area in Wuhu as an example, the core idea of "value enhancement" is proposed, and the construction and development of the urban area are promoted through the design steps of "identification of characteristic resources, design activation and utilization, planning control and implementation", combined with ap-propriate planning techniques.
