With the acceleration of the aging process in China, the pension problem has been paid attention to, and the pen-sion community has become the product of the wave and promoted the development and construction of land to form a unique product type. According to the overall pre-sentation of the market, there are problems such as low integration of facility matching and medical care functions in pension community products. Under the requirement of the combination of medical care and elderly care, pre-planning methods of the community are analyzed, and the implementation path of its planning and design are explored, to provide references for the pre-planning of other similar projects.
