摘要
开放式住区是新的住区设计理念,旨在提供温馨、和谐的居住环境.以北京副中心0701街区项目为例,从总体规划、交通组织、私密性处理、消防设计、空间形态控制、套型平面布局等方面研究开放式住区设计,以期为相关住区规划设计提供参考.
Abstract
Open residential area is a new residential design con-cept, aiming to provide warm and harmonious living environment. Taking the 0701 block project of Beijing subcenter as an example, the design of open residential district from the aspects of overall planning,transportation organization, privacy treatment, fire protection design, space form, and flat-set design, etc. are studied , to pro-vide references for other open residential planning and design.
