摘要
"旅居 + 康养"是康养产业的重要发展方向之一,但实践中存在供需错配、发展质量不均衡等问题.将北方城郊文旅结合型康养社区作为研究对象,以新绎固安来康郡为例,从规划设计、七修会所设计、老年公寓设计、适老化设计等方面探讨设计方法及设计要点,重点关注养老配套服务体系的完善,通过设计实践探索为北方城郊文旅结合型康养社区的规划及建筑设计提供参考,助力我国康养产业的健康可持续发展.
Abstract
"Living+wellness"has become one of the development directions of the wellness industry,but there are problems such as supply and demand mismatch and uneven de-velopment quality in practice.Taking health and wellness community of culture and tourism integrated type in northern suburban area as the research object,taking the design of Laikang County of Xinyi in Gu'an as an exam-ple,design methods and key points are explored from the aspects of planning and design,seven repair club design,elderly apartment building design,aging friendly design etc.,focusing on the development of supporting services for the elderly and improvement of supporting systems,to provide references for the planning and architectural design of health and wellness community of culture and tourism integrated type in northern suburban area through the design practice,helping to promote the healthy and sustainable development of China's health and wellness industry.
