近年来,城市更新成为城市发展新的增长点.商业综合体的重新定位可规模化地激发城市经济发展动力、带动城市产业链条、赋予城市新活力.作为城市核心商圈的西柳商业综合体项目在区域更新改造过程中,针对商业空间不间断运营、高密度人流、高标准运行等改造难题进行研究并提出相应的设计方法,谋求有效的城市更新方案,以激发城市活力、提高经济水平,同时给人们生活带来新的观念和品质的提升.
Abstract
In recent years,urban renewal has become a new growth point for urban development,especially with the reposi-tioning of commercial complexes,which can stimulate the driving force of urban economic development,drive urban industrial chains,and endow cities with new vitality.As the core business district of the city,the Xiliu Commercial Complex Project is designed and studied to address the spatial transformation challenges of uninterrupted com-mercial operation,high-density pedestrian flow,and high standard operation during the regional renovation pro-cess.Corresponding renovation methods are proposed to seek effective urban renewal that can stimulate its vitality,improve social and economic levels,and bring new con-cepts and quality of life to people.
