基于遗产廊道理念的线形滨水工业区更新研究

摘要
工业遗产再利用在全球后工业化转型背景下显示出愈发重要的作用.面对滨水工业厂区大规模且各自独立封闭的空间形态,遗产廊道理念为线形滨水工业区更新提供了可行方向.介绍美国纽约市与我国上海市滨水工业区更新再生实例,归纳规划再生与遗产保护模式,以期为我国面临产业转型的港口城市提供有效的操作路径与实践经验.
Abstract
The reuse of industrial heritage plays an important role in the global post-industrial transformation.Facing with the large-scale and independently enclosed spatial form of waterfront industrial factory district,the concept of heri-tage corridor provides a feasible direction for the renewal of linear waterfront industrial area.The regeneration examples of waterfront industrial area in New York and Shanghai are introduced,the planning regeneration and heritage protection models are summarized,to provide effective operation path and practical experience for port cities in our country which facing industrial transformation.
