在后工业时代背景下众多工业厂房被废弃,而城市可持续发展为其更新带来新机遇.以睢宁县新城家电工业园为例,基于园区现状,提出"功能重塑,融入区域发展""优化公共空间,提升环境品质""挖掘建筑空间潜力,延续工业记忆"的更新策略,以为其他工业产业园更新提供参考.
Abstract
In the post-industrial era,many industrial plants have been abandoned,and urban sustainable development has brought new opportunities for its renewal.Taking Xincheng home appliance industrial park in Suining county as an example,based on the current situation of the park,the renewal strategies of"functional remodeling,integrating into regional development""optimizing public space,improving environmental quality"and"tapping the potential of architectural space and continuing industrial memory"are proposed,in order to provide references for the renewal of other industrial industrial parks.
