摘要
北京市第一批市级传统村落规划中均有对传统村落风貌管控的要求,但绝大部分传统村落风貌现状均遭到不同程度的破坏.梳理北京市市级传统村落风貌保护现存问题,分析传统村落风貌管控条例编制的技术薄弱点,提出在规划指引下构建传统村落风貌管控导则、细化传统村落风貌管控三级要素及各要素编制技术要点,以构建传统村落风貌导则编制技术体系,在保护优先的理念下指导传统村落有机更新.
Abstract
In the planning of the first batch of municipal traditional vil-lages in Beijing,there are requirements for controlling the landscape of traditional villages,however most of them have been damaged to different degrees.Sorting out the protection problems of landscape of municipal traditional village in Beijing,analyzing the technical weaknesses in the preparation of regulations on traditional village landscape control,proposing the guidelines for the man-agement and control of traditional village landscape under the guidance of planning,and refining the three-level ele-ments of traditional village landscape control and the key technical points of each element preparation,in order to build the technical system of traditional village landscape guideline preparation,and guide the organic renewal of traditional villages under the concept of conservation first.
