摘要
在我国城市规划治理转型背景下,传统的规划和设计服务转变为城市精细化治理与常态化管理工作.责任规划师作为一股新力量介入基层治理体系,协调各方利益,平衡保护与发展之间的关系,促进街区的可持续发展.通过解读政策性文件,分析历史文化街区责任规划师制度的工作内容与工作开展情况,探索北京市历史文化街区责任规划师参与首都历史文化街区更新的工作方法与未来研究方向,提出后续改进策略.
Abstract
In the context of the transformation of urban planning and governance in China,the traditional planning and design services has been transformed into urban fine governance and regular management.As a new force,responsible planners intervene in the grass-roots governance system,coordinate the interests of all parties,balance the relationship between protec-tion and development,and promote the sustainable development of the neighborhood.Through the inter-pretation of policy documents,the work content and work development of the responsible planner system of historical and cultural blocks are analyzed,the working methods and future research directions of res-ponsible planners of historical and cultural blocks in Beijing to participate in the renewal of historical and cultural blocks in the capital are explored,to pro-posed the subsequent improvement strategies.
