Taking the homestay design project in Longtou Village,Daxing District,Beijing City as an example,the design scheme with regional characteristics is presented by using typology method.Relying on the local courtyard housing prototype,regional design elements are introduced into the new homestay space to form conflict and interaction,the effectiveness of regionalism design method in sol-ving specific design problems is studied and judged,and homestay architectural space with regional characteristics is created.
