摘要
在街道设计理念转型背景下,街景重构成为城市更新的关键需求.基于街景重构五大原则,提出城市街道空间3U更新模式,对应构建多元连接的街道、设计符合使用者需求的街道、营造别具一格的街道三大规划设计目标,从构建慢行绿廊、统筹周围空间、完善城市功能、丰富街景设施、重振地域风貌、塑造场所精神六大方面,探索以空间重构带动生活与文化重构的城市街道空间更新策略.
Abstract
Under the background of the transformation of street de-sign concepts,streetscape renewal has become the key demand of urban renewal. Based on the five principles of streetscape renewal,the 3U renewal model is proposed,corresponding to the three major planning design goals of constructing united street,designing user's street and creating unique street,from the six aspects of building slow green corridor,coordinating surrounding space,improving urban function,enriching landscape facilities,revitalizing the regional style and shaping the spirit of place,to explore the renewal strategies of urban street space driven by spatial renewal to renew life and culture.
