The renewal of old communities is an important path for urban development and construction,and communities are the basic unit for building a modern new Chongqing. Taking Tianjin Road Community in Beibei District as an example,based on the community background,starting from the six current problems,guided by the needs of residents,the modern community scene system of Tianjin Road Community is constructed according to the key points of community classification construction and the overall framework of "one heart,three transformations,and nine scenes",exploring high-quality and high-efficient planning strategies for modern community renewal work.
