Renewal Strategy of Urban historical Block Based on the Perspective of Commercial Format:Taking Hutong in Old City of Beijing as an Example
Taking the commercial formats of urban historical blocks as the research object,the impact on the vitality of the blocks are explored.The business format characteristics of tourism development style historical blocks and com-munity construction style historical blocks are analyzed,taking Hutong in old city of Beijing as an example,the commercial format proportions of two kinds of historical blocks are obtained through data analysis,to propose renewal strategies of urban historical blocks based on the perspective of commercial format.
