公共空间活力是城市生命力的缩影.提升拆迁滞留区的环境、重塑原有公共空间活力是城市更新的重点.分析北京永定门彭庄拆迁滞留区现状问题,从城市公共空间的活力构成要素出发,围绕街巷空间与广场空间探讨公共空间活力的再生,提出合理的更新策略,为拆迁滞留区类项目的城市更新提供参考.
Abstract
The vitality of public spaces is a microcosm of urban vital-ity.Improving the environment of demolition and detention areas and reshaping the vitality of existing public spaces are the focus of urban renewal.The current situation of the demolition and detention areas of Pengzhuang in Yongdingmen,Beijing is analyzed,starting from the vital-ity elements of urban public spaces,the regeneration of public space vitality around street and square spaces are explored,reasonable renewal strategies are proposed,in order to provide references for urban renewal of demoli-tion and detention area projects.
