近年来,推进老旧小区改造、改善人居环境已成为评价城市宜居程度的重要指标.以大邱小区改造为例,调研并分析小区环境整体优缺点与居民景观偏好,总结既满足景观设计要求,又兼顾居民实际需求的老旧小区改造方法,以期为类似改造提供参考.
Abstract
In recent years,promoting the renovation of old residential communities and improving the living environment have become important indicators for evaluating the livability of cities.Taking the renovation of Daqiu residential area as an example,the overall advantages and disadvantages of the community environment and the landscape preferen-ces of residents are investigated and analyzed,summa-rizing the renovation methods of old residential areas that can meet both landscape design requirements and actual needs of residents,in order to provide references for simi-lar renovations.
