摘要
对荆州玄帝宫片区现状进行分析,总结其发展趋势,探索老旧社区更新设计策略.基于城市双修理念构建老旧社区更新框架,在分析老旧社区现状基础上提出社区肌理重梳、交通服务优化、公共空间整合、景观系统重建 4 类更新策略,激活社区空间活力,提升社区生态环境,营造社区文化风貌.
Abstract
By analyzing the current situation of the Xuandi Palace area in Jingzhou,summarizing its development trends,and exploring strategies for updating and designing old communities.Based on the theory of urban double repair,the framework for updating old communities is constructed,based on the analysis of the current situation of old communities,four types of renewal strategies are proposed of community texture restructuring,transpor-tation service optimization,public space integration and landscape system reconstruction,activating the vitality of community space,enhancing the ecological environment of the community,and creating a cultural landscape of the community.
