摘要
随着城市发展,传统工业园区职能与区位价值不匹配问题逐渐显现,园区存在功能业态混乱、空间利用率低、基础设施老旧、环境质量差、缺乏整体规划等问题.分析老旧工业园区转型升级典型案例,从改造特色与空间规划两大层面进行研究,总结规划设计策略,为传统工业园区转型升级提供参考.
Abstract
With the development of cities,the mismatch between the functions and location values of traditional industrial parks has gradually become prominent,parks are facing problems such as chaotic functions and forms,low spatial utilization,outdated infrastructure,poor environmental quality,lacking of overall planning etc,.Typical cases of transformation and upgrading of old industrial parks are analyzed,researching from two aspects of renovation characteristics and spatial planning,summarizing plan-ning and design strategies,to provide references for the transformation and upgrading of traditional industrial parks.
