摘要
小城镇上联城市、下接农村,是县域经济发展的重要支撑和乡村振兴的有力引擎.柳林镇作为典型的工业型乡村振兴示范镇,在新时代汉中城市发展过程中承担着重要使命.在陕西省乡村振兴示范镇建设以及国土空间规划背景下,以城镇发展机遇、价值与问题研判为基础,提出规划建设发展策略,以指导城镇整体建设,实现城镇环境综合提升,并起到示范带动作用.
Abstract
Small towns connect with cities and rural areas,which is the important support for county-level economy and pow-erful engine for rural revitalization.Liulin town,as a typical demonstration town for industrial rural revitalization,bearing an important mission in the development process of Hanzhong city in the new era.In the context of the construction of demonstration towns for rural revitalization and national spatial planning in Shaanxi Province,based on the analysis of urban development opportunities,values and problems,the planning and construction de-velopment strategy is formed to guide urban construction,achieve comprehensive urban upgrading,and play the demonstration and driving role.
