Design Key Point of Sponge City of Residential Community
The construction of sponge city is conducive to the resto-ration of urban water ecology,the conservation of water resources,the enhancement of urban flood prevention capacity,the expansion of effective investment in public goods,the improvement of the level of new urbanization,and the promotion of harmonious development between man and nature.Taking the sponge city design of a residential community in Changzhou as an example,the current conditions of the site are analyzed,proposing the optimization scheme based on the technical route from the aspects of vertical design,runoff organization,division of catchment zone,sponge city facility layout,runoff pol-lution control,etc.,in order to provide references for the sponge city design of other residential quarters.
