摘要

在城市更新背景下,生态社区更新的可持续性尤为重要.以北京缦合社区景观建筑为例,从规划布局、建筑设计、嵌入式单元实施技术策略、嵌入式业态及运营4个方面,总结生态社区嵌入式更新模式,为其他社区嵌入式更新提供参考.

Abstract

In the background of urban renewal, the sustainability of ecological community renewal is particularly important. Taking landscape architecture of Manhe Community in Beijing as an example, the embedded renewal mode of the ecological community is summarized from four as-pects: planning and layout, architectural design, embed-ded unit implementation technical strategy, and embed-ded business format and operation, to provide references for the embedded renewal of other communities.
