设计模块体系在城市更新中的运用——以深圳百门前工业园升级改造为例

城市更新在城市高质量发展中发挥着重要作用,随着城市与产业的发展与演变,老旧工业园区已无法满足当代社会使用需求,亟需对其进行更新改造.以深圳百门前工业园升级改造为例,分析现存问题、剖析项目难点、改造建筑形象、整合园区功能,应用六大设计模块体系对园区进行改造设计,以期为类似项目提供参考.
Abstract
Urban renewal plays an important role in the high-quality development of cities, with the development and evolution of cities and industries, old industrial parks are no longer able to meet the needs of contemporary society and urgently need to be renovated. Taking the upgrading and renovation of Baimenqian Industrial Park in Shenzhen as an example, analyzing existing problems and difficulties of project, renovating building images, integrating park functions, and applying the six design modules system for park upgrading and renovation design, in order to provide references for similar projects.
