摘要
我国经济已由高速增长转向高质量发展,亟需将国家高新区建设为创新驱动发展示范区和高质量发展先行区.针对沈阳高新区产业片区现存问题,在规划设计方面提出活力营造的四大更新策略,以期实现沈阳高新区产业片区的升级迭代,使其成为更具活力的产业片区.
Abstract
China's economy has shifted from high-speed growth to high-quality development, and it is urgent to build the national high-tech zone into the innovation driven development demonstration zone and the leading area for high-quality development. In response to the existing problems of Shenyang High-tech Zone, four major renew-al strategies for vitality creation are proposed in planning and design, in order to achieve the renewal and upgrad-ing of the industrial area of High-tech Zone in Shenyang, make it form the more dynamic industrial area.
