摘要
以观音山滨海旅游度假区为例,研究基于创新型发展思路的滨海旅游度假区规划策略.规划面向度假区实施落地,将创新发展理念与地方实际相结合,从项目定位、产品业态、空间营造及运营模式四方面入手,保障项目开发建设的顺利推进.
Abstract
Taking Coastal Tourism Resort of Guanyin Mountain as an example, the planning strategies of coastal tourism resort based on innovative development ideas are studied. The plan is aimed at the implementation of the resort, combining the innovative development concept with the local reality, starting from four aspects of project positioning, product format, space creation and operation mode, to ensure the smooth progress of development and construction of the project.
