生态景区养老社区规划策略研究——以2022年东北三省第三届适老化建筑设计竞赛获奖作品为例

以2022年东北三省第三届适老化建筑设计竞赛获奖作品为例,提出生态景区养老社区规划策略,通过调研进行建筑策划,降低对原有生态环境的破坏,最大化更新利用既有建筑,最小化开发利用景区土地,打造符合规划条件且生态优美、舒适宜居的养老社区,以期为类似项目规划提供参考.
Abstract
Taking Competition of Aging-friendly Architecture Design 2022 as an example, the planning strategies of the elderly care community in ecological scenic area are proposed, architectural planning through research is carried out, the damage to the original ecological environment is re-duced, the renewal and utilization of existing buildings is maximized, the development and utilization of land in the scenic area is minimized, the beautiful ecological, com-fortable and livable elderly care community that meets the planning conditions is created, in order to provide references for the planning of similar projects.
