Optimization Design Strategy of Guiding Signage in Malan Village Based on Space Morphology Analysis
Traditional villages in mountainous areas are rich in cultural resources, and the tourism industry is devel-oping rapidly, however, most of the local houses are located along the mountains, and the roads are winding and twisting, which bring certain difficulties to tourists' sightseeing. The guiding signage system can provide directional guidance for tourists and help them improve their spatial awareness. Selecting the guiding signage system in Malan Village in Mentougou District, Beijing as the research object, based on the spatial form of the vil-lage, the comprehensive evaluation of the current status of directional signage in Malan Village is conducted, to propose optimization design strategies.
