随着房地产市场供求关系发生重大变化,以及人民对居住品质的要求不断提升,住建部提出"好房子"概念,旨在通过提升房屋建设标准和质量,满足人民对美好生活的向往.从与建筑融合、使用便捷及收纳健康3个方面,结合实践案例,探索基于"好房子"理念的收纳精细化设计.
Abstract
With the major changes in the relationship between supply and demand in the real estate market and the con-tinuous improvement of people's requirements for living quality,the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Devel-opment put forward the concept of "good house",aiming to meet people's yearning for a better life by improving the standard and quality of housing construction. From the three aspects of integration with architecture,conve-nience of use and storage health,combined with practical cases,to explore the refined design of storage based on the concept of "good house".
