随着信息技术飞速发展,数字化工程管理在既有住宅改造中的应用越来越广泛.通过搭建数字化工程管理信息化平台、应用BIM+5G技术,引入人工智能技术,制定数字化管理标准,应用全过程空气质量监控系统、数字化全屋诊断技术,引入装配式技术,可有效提高工程管理效率,实现资源回收和再利用,减少能源消耗和碳排放,推动绿色装修发展.
Abstract
With the rapid development of information technology,the application of digital engineering management in the renovation of existing houses is becoming more and more extensive. By building the digital project management information platform,applying BIM+5G technology,introducing artificial intelligence technol-ogy,to develop digital management standards,adopt the whole process air quality monitoring system and digital whole house diagnosis technology,introduc-ing assembly technology,to effectively improve the efficiency of project management,realize resource recovery and reuse,reduce energy consumption and carbon emissions and promote the development of green decoration.
