Remodeling of Functional Space in Existing Building:Taking Beijing Yuexiucheng Shopping Center Renovation Project as an Example
According to the national "urban double-repair" plan and the spirit of Beijing's overall urban planning,the focus of urban construction turns to the renovation of existing buildings. The renovation project of Beijing Yuexiucheng Shopping Center actively responds to the call of the government to help urban renewal,and carries out the overall upgrading and renovation from building hardware to soft services,in order to create an "office business complex" integrating first-class business,characteristic business and creative space. The shaping methods of office space in the project are analyzed,in order to provide inspiration for the creative design of "business to office" project.
