Revision of Technical Regulation for Local Urban Planning and Management in the New Era:Taking Mianyang City as an Example
The Technical Regulations for Urban Planning Man-agement,as one of the important documents in the local planning regulatory system,is an important tool for local planning administrative authorities to administer in accordance with the law,and also an important basis for preparing detailed plans. The ur-ban construction in the new era has put forward new requirements for planning and management work,some of the technical regulations formulated earlier may not be able to adapt to actual planning and man-agement. Taking the Technical Regulations for Urban Planning and Management in Mianyang City as an example,the core issues and revision ideas in its revision process are summarized,in order to provide references for other cities.
