Construction Mode of Complete Community Under the System of Responsible Planner:Taking Minhang Community,Haidian District in Beijing City as an Example
Based on the background of Beijing's responsible planner system,taking Minhang Community construction practice led by responsible planners as an example,a complete community construction platform implementation system is built,a modular working method is proposed consisting of four modules:planning first,overall implementation,public participation and co-governance,a complete com-munity construction model that taking dual guidance of party building and planning as prominent feature and re-newal and governance mutual promotion is built,and the establishment of a normal working mechanism for com-munity construction is promoted under the background of high-quality development in the new era.
