Envelope design is one of the design strategies com-monly used in TOD integrated projects. Based on the design case of Unit 05 of the Beijing Urban Sub Center Comprehensive Hub Project,the envelope design of TOD integrated projects in terms of column grid system,core tube positioning,shape reservation,structural selection,structural joints,structural loads,mechanical and electri-cal design,and municipal design are elaborated,in order to meet the needs of urban secondary development.
