Thinking on Sustainable Development of Urban Renewal in China
In recent years,our urban renewal have embarked on significant pioneering exploration and achieved a series of results,while also identifying certain deficiencies and areas for improvement.To explore the sustainable path of urban renewal should comply with the requirements of the times,put the people at the center,focus on cultural continuity,adhere to green development and scientific planning,enhance urban resilience,and inject continuous stream of power,vitality and life-force into the city.Based on this,to analyze the successful experi-ences of the renewal and transformation of Jiangxi Jing-dezhen,Shenyang Dongmaoku and Shanghai Hong-shoufang.It is anticipated that through the thorough implementation of new guidelines and concepts,the establishment of robust management systems,and the innovation of technical means and operational models,urban renewal can not only preserve civilization and cul-tural heritage,but also revitalize old buildings with new functions,to enhance living environments for residents while stimulating the vitality of urban development.
