摘要

城市公园作为城市生态文明建设和公共服务的空间载体,在城市更新中扮演着重要角色.随着城市居民生活水平的提升,人们对公园的需求从传统游憩功能向高品质、多元化方向转变,同时,城市更新赋予城市公园新的使命,在保留其绿色生态功能的基础上合理开发经济价值,实现公园运营的自给自足甚至盈利,是城市可持续发展的重要保障.分析公园资产化运营现状问题,提出公园资产化运营的规划路径,并以厦门市环杏林湾公园为例进行规划实践探索,以期为城市更新背景下的公园资产化运营提供有价值的参考.

Abstract

As an spacial carrier of urban ecological civilization con-struction and public services,urban parks play a crucial role in urban renewal.With the improvement of urban residents'living standards,people's demand for parks has shifted from traditional recreational functions to high-quality and diversified directions.At the same time,urban renewal has given new missions to urban parks.Reasonably developing economic value while preserving their ecological functions,achieving self-sufficiency and even profitability in park operations,is an important guarantee for sustainable urban development.The current problems of park property-oriented operation are analyzed,planning paths for park property-oriented operation are proposed,taking Huanxinglinwan Park in Xiamen as an example,the planning practice is ex-plored,in order to provide valuable references for park property-oriented operation under the background of urban renewal.
