The smart community project of Zhonghaihuating in Shenzhen has renovated the basic network and up-graded the equipment and facilities for customer touch-points.Based on the X-StarT IoT platform,it connects to five major systems of vehicle monitoring,pedestrian monitoring,video monitoring,intercom monitoring and equipment monitoring,utilizing advanced technologies such as IoT,artificial intelligence and 5G,establishes a smart and warm cloud-based park.This project has achieved intelligent,automated and efficient park man-agement,bringing significant social and economic ben-efits,and providing valuable experiences for the future construction of smart cities
