Optimization Strategy of Pre-planning and Decision-making Mechanism for Existing Industrial Land Renewal
Existing industrial land has become an important issue in current urban renewal.However,the phenomenon of renewal failure caused by the lack of systematic pre-planning and scientific decision-making in the implementation stage is not uncommon.Under the vigorous promotion of the complete framework of "pre-planning to post-evaluation" in China,pre-planning and its decision-making methods have gradually received widespread attention.According to the current situation of the renewal and development of the stock industrial land in our country,the characteristics of the times and difficulties are summarized,the pre-renewal planning system of the stock industrial land is analyzed from the perspective of system theory,and the optimization strat-egies of its decision-making mechanism are discussed.
