摘要
低碳城市规划指标体系构建对实现低碳城市及推动城市可持续发展具有重要意义.阐述国内外低碳城市研究进展,总结低碳城市规划指标体系构建的原则与参照标准.结合具体案例,提出加快产业结构转型升级、加大低碳生活宣传力度、加大可再生能源开发力度等低碳城市规划设计策略,以期为其他城市提供参考.
Abstract
The construction of low-carbon urban planning index system is of great significance to realize low-carbon cities and promote sustainable urban development.The re-search progress on low-carbon cities at home and abroad is expounded,the principles and reference standards for the construction of low-carbon urban planning index sys-tem are summarized.Combining with the specific cases,low-carbon urban planning and design strategies such as accelerating the transformation and upgrading of industri-al structure,increasing the promotion of low-carbon life,and increasing the development of renewable energy are proposed,in order to provide references for other urban.
