摘要

在"双碳"战略目标指引下,以新密白寨镇概念规划设计为例,提出低碳经济、产业引领,碳汇空间、优化设计的规划策略,结合农业景观、生态网络,绿色交通、智慧社区,低碳建筑、宜居开发的城市设计方法,总结低碳城镇规划设计技术核心点,将低碳理念落实于城镇规划设计,探索人居环境建设新路径,推动城镇空间高质量发展.

Abstract

Under the guidance of the"dual carbon"strategic goals,taking the conceptual planning and design of Baizhai Town in Xinmi as an example,planning strategies for low-carbon economy,industry leadership,carbon seques-tration space,and optimized design are proposed.Com-bining with agricultural landscape,ecological network,green transportation,smart community,low-carbon build-ings,and livable development urban design methods,to summarize the core points of low-carbon urban planning and design technology,implement low-carbon concepts in urban planning and design,explore new paths for hu-man settlement environment construction,and promote high-quality development of urban space.
