Planning Strategy of Surrounding Beijing County Under the Background of Coordinated Development of Beijing Tianjin Hebei:Taking Luanping County,Hebei Province as an Example
The coordinated development of Beijing Tianjin Hebei,as a national strategy,has been implemented for ten years and has achieved certain results in the fields of transportation,industry,ecology,etc.It has promoted the implementation of major strategies such as the relaxation of non capital functions in Beijing,and also changed the mutual relationship between Beijing and surrounding cities.As the capital,Beijing has a strong siphon effect on surrounding counties and cities.In the context of regional coordination,the counties and cities surrounding Beijing have shifted from passive obedience to active connection.Taking Luanping County as an example,based on its own development characteristics and problems,regional collaborative planning strategies from the perspectives of ecology,transportation,industry,infrastructure,public facilities,cultural tourism,etc.are proposed,accelerates Luanping's integration into the regional development pattern,enhances its own urban vitality,and provides rel-evant experience and reference for other similar regions in China.
