摘要
聚焦城镇综合开发项目,以西安市高陵区通远创想小镇启动区及配套设施综合开发项目为例,基于产城融合发展理念,从规划布局与用地结构、导入产业与评价体系、规划与产业实施路径、城镇综合开发项目实践等方面,构建集区域规划、产业导入于一体的城镇综合开发动态调整模式,进而支撑区域能级提升,提高土地价值,为城镇综合开发项目的高质量发展提供新动能.
Abstract
Focusing on urban comprehensive development projects,taking comprehensive development project of start-up area and supporting facility of Tongyuan Chuangxiang Town in Gaoling District,Xi'an City as an example,based on the concept of integrated development of industry and city,the dynamic adjustment mode of urban compre-hensive development integrating regional planning and industrial introduction is constructed from the aspects of planning layout and land structure,introduction of industry and evaluation system,planning and industry implemen-tation path,and urban comprehensive development proj-ect practice,in order to support the upgrading of regional level,improve land value,and provide new momentum for the high-quality development of urban comprehensive development projects.
