摘要
在国土空间规划背景下,针对城市社区基本需求研究其配套设施规划要点,依照分类多元可持续、标准弹性与控引结合、布局合理便捷、高效利用资源、兼顾行政管理组织等目标,从分级体系、分类、指标、布局等方面进行分析.研究结果表明,合理的配套设施规划能完善社区功能,为居民提供更加舒适、便利的生活.
Abstract
In the context of national spatial planning,the key points of supporting facility planning for urban communities'basic needs are studied.Based on the goals of diversified and sustainable classification,flexible standards and control integration,reasonable and convenient layout,ef-ficient use of resources,and consideration of administra-tive management organization,analysis is conducted from the aspects of grading system,classification,indicators,layout,etc.The research results indicate that reasonable planning of supporting facilities can improve community functions and provide residents with a more comfortable and convenient life.
